Have you ever literally counted your blessings? I bet if you did, there would be many more than you think! That's what we're doing in this episode! So get a pen and paper, and be prepared to feel a little lighter and a little more joyful than you did before listening. Gratitude is shown to make us feel more joyful, and we could all use a little more joy to end 2020 with grateful hearts.
Whether you're celebrating Thanksgiving in the US this week, or it's a regular old Thursday where you live - why not use this occasion to get grateful?
